The message waits.
The prospect calls back.
The meeting is booked.
RECALL drops a voice message into prospects' voicemail without ringing their phone; they listen when it suits them and the interested ones call back. A dedicated project manager runs the whole campaign.
* Ranges seen on warm audiences; results depend on the list and the message.
Phone prospecting, flipped.
Chasing them. They come back.
Sales reps dial number after number only to hit voicemail.
Days spent dialing, prospects interrupted at the worst moment, and a team running on empty.
The message is there when the prospect is ready. The curious ones call back.
A prospect who calls back has already done half the work. The conversation starts on a whole different footing.
For teams that…
… have contacts nobody ever calls.
Sales Navigator, CRM exports, trade shows: the volume outgrows the team's time. One voice message per contact, and the interested ones raise their hand.
… would rather pick up than dial.
Reps handle inbound calls and save their energy for people who actually want to talk.
… pay dearly for sales turnover.
Nothing burns people out faster than back-to-back cold calls. When prospects call in, the job becomes selling again.
What it means for a sales team.
The numbers follow the sliders.
Based on an average 30% callback rate. Actual results depend on the list, the message and the audience.
Everything that matters, nothing that doesn't.
It lands in voicemail, not as a ringing call
No interruption: the prospect finds the message when checking their voicemail, and nearly always ends up listening to it.
8,000 voice messages an hour
The firepower of a whole team, without a single number dialed.
Follow-up SMS
A few days after the voice message, an SMS picks up the thread. A second one goes out if needed.
List provided or built
CRM exports, trade shows, Sales Navigator, or a list built as an option on the agreed target.
Sends spread across time slots
Sends are dosed so callbacks arrive at a pace the team can handle.
Every campaign, tracked
Drop, callback and meeting rates, as percentages: the pipeline becomes measurable.
A dedicated project manager
A single point of contact, from brief to final report.
A campaign in five steps.
The project manager handles everything: the sales team only has to pick up.

Callbacks roll in.
Measured sends, predictable callbacks.
Volumes are set slot by slot, day after day. The team is never swamped, and every prospect gets called back at the right time.
- Custom time slots. Hours and volumes per slot, up to 8,000 sends an hour.
- Predictable callbacks. How many calls are coming, and when, is known in advance.
- Rules built in. Evenings, Sundays and public holidays stay off limits.
The questions we get asked.
How does the message arrive without ringing?
It's dropped straight into the mobile voicemail by the carriers. The phone never rings: the prospect sees a new voicemail notification and listens whenever it suits them.
Is leaving a voice message without ringing allowed?
In France, B2B prospecting is allowed when the message relates to the person's professional activity, they can easily opt out, and their data is respected. RECALL builds this in: professional contacts only, a STOP mention in every SMS, a blocklist, restricted hours, no Sundays or public holidays. It doesn't replace legal advice on a specific case.
What results can be expected?
It all depends on the list and the message. With contacts who already know the company (customers, inbound leads, trade shows), callbacks often land between 30 and 70%. On a cold list, expect anywhere from a few percent to 15%. A first campaign of 1,000 contacts gives the real numbers for each list.
Where do the contacts come from?
From an existing list (CRM, trade shows, Sales Navigator exports), or from a list built as an option by RECALL on the target agreed in the brief. Either way, these are professionals contacted in the course of their work.
Landlines or mobiles?
Voice messages are dropped on French mobiles (06 and 07). Landlines in the list are kept but don't receive a voice message. The number shown, the one the prospect calls back, is a line from the sales team.
How long until the first campaign?
After a brief, the project manager prepares the message, the list and a test; the campaign goes out as soon as it's approved.
What if a voice message doesn't go through?
Invalid number, full mailbox, undelivered: the contact isn't billed and the SMS messages aren't sent.
How does STOP work?
Every SMS ends with a STOP mention. A contact who replies STOP goes straight into the blocklist: they leave all sequences and will never be contacted again.
Stop dialing.
Let them call back.
A brief, a costed proposal, and the project manager takes care of the rest.
